Honestly, I just changed the recipe on the back of the pumpkin can!
1 can pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
10 ounces soy milk
2 eggs worth mixed ener-g
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t. sea salt
Mix well. Pour into a pie pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then turn temperature down to 350 and bake for an additional 60 minutes. Should be firm when you remove it and will firm up a bit more after sitting for 10 minutes.
