How to make corn tortillas

Ever wanted to try your hand at making homemade tortillas.  Here is a recipe and some YouTube videos that might help get you started.

Basic recipe Corn Tortilla Dough

2 Cups Maseca Corn Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/8 Cup Water

Mix together for about 3 minutes, or until it becomes a dough ball:
(If it is a little crumbly just mix in a Tablespoon of water)
Then separate the dough into 16 equally sized pieces. Now you will want to form these globes into slightly flat little balls.

I LOVE homemade tortillas! I haven't done this in years, I should try it again sometime.
