This light meal is not MWL but does fall within the guidelines of MP.

2 pieces bread, toasted (I use SilverHills brand)
1 avocado, chopped or sliced depending on preference
1 tomato, chopped
red onion, finely chopped
Salt or Creole seasoning, optional
It's as easy at it looks!
Toast bread. Layer from top to bottom: avocado, sprinkle of red onion, season with salt or Creole seasoning and finally top with tomato. Yum!
