Hash Brown recipe
« on: November 17, 2009, 09:08:02 AM »
We have a tiny George Forman grill.  Best thing for making good hash brown.  No oil needed.  At all.

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
frozen hash browns

1. Plug in the grill
2. Lift the lid of the grill
3. Measure out about 2 cups of frozen hash browns and place on the grill (remember no Pam or oil)
4. Close the lid
5. Set a timer for 30 minutes.

Result:  Perfectly crisp hash browns.  Season to taste.  I just like a little sea salt.

This is exactly what I do, except that I have a waffle iron with two flat plates that I use.  The hash browns really are perfect!  My girls like to make them and eat them for snacks after school.

That sounds like serious yum.  Time to get out the grill . . . .
