Hot Pepper Pizza

I made a veggie pizza last night:  homemade (oil-free) crust, homemade (oil-free) sauce; fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, green onions, jalapeno slices, and European hot peppers from the garden.  Served it with sparkling pomegranate-lemonade.  Very yumm-o!

That looks really nice!  Would you mind posting your crust recipe?  I'm still looking for the "perfect" one!

I have been on a quest for years to find the perfect pizza crust -- not too thick, not too thin, crispy edges and a bit chewy.  I think this one is perfect.  I bake it in a 500 degree oven on a hot stone.  And I make it without the oil, of course.

 ;)

Hi Letha,
This does look good but white flour products make my blood sugar spike.  Could you make this with whole whear pastry flour with similiar good results or do you need the white flour to make it special?  Diane
